While the old iTrip was the best selling iPod accessory, we know it wasn’t perfect. Signal strength could wane, the iPod’s volume could cause distortion, and changing stations was a pain-in-the-ass. No more with the New iTrip for iPod ($40). An LCD screen makes changing stations a snap, automatic volume control makes distortion a thing of the past, and selectable LX or DX broadcast modes make sure you have the juice to control the waves around you. If only every “new and improved” product were like this — are you listening Doritos?
