Barefoot-style footwear and cross training haven't really mixed well — until now. The Nike Free Haven 3.0 ($100) brings the Swoosh's ultra-flexible platform to 'trainers for the first time, offering a super-flexible seamless upper, a mesh inner sleeve, a dual-pull lacing system and soft "fingers" across the midfoot and arch to lock your foot down, and a DiamondFLX pattern on the sole for added traction when performing lateral or diagonal moves. Of course, that's not to say that you can't run in them — something tells us they'll do just fine for that, as well.
