Nikon gives new meaning to Mazda's lame "Zoom zoom zoom" slogan with the new Coolpix P80 ($400). The compact digicam boasts an impressive 18x Zoom-Nikkor lens with optical vibration reduction, a 10.1-megapixel sensor with EXPEED image processing, a 2.7-inch LCD, manual, aperture priority, shutter priority, and programmed auto shooting modes, and can shoot as many as 30 consecutive pictures at up to 13 frames per second. For those looking for dSLR features in a smaller body, it's the new king of the compact zoom.
