Nirvana: Unplugged in New York

A relic from when MTV actually aired programming worth watching, the Unplugged series was a showcase of terrific performances from a number of high-profile artists, perhaps none more legendary than Nirvana: Unplugged in New York ($12). Finally available on DVD, the performance is nothing less than spectacular from start to finish, including two songs not originally broadcasted, and closing with a rousing, gut-wrenching rendition of the folk song "Where Did You Sleep Last Night." An absolute must-own. Period.
