Indeed, the Pitt Cue Co. has been serving up delicious Southern US-style barbecue and sides in Soho since 2012, and are now sharing their expertise, offering up recipes for everything from pulled pork shoulder to chipotle & confit garlic slaw and bourbon & coke pudding.
