STM Sports Backpack

Messenger-style laptop bags may look cool, but if you've ever carried a full one around for an extended period of time you know that they can absolutely kill your shoulder. After a recent conference, we decided to find a nice backpack to tote around our laptop and various digital equipment. We settled on STM's Sports Backpack ($75). It's got a protected cell for laptops up to 15-inches, a big compartment for various items, numerous interior and exterior pockets, and spectacular back and shoulder padding. And best of all, the backpack doesn't look like a laptop case, so thieves are more likely to waste their time grabbing someone else's.
