TaylorMade RocketBallz Fairway Woods & Rescues

Named for the incredible performance of the original prototype — "it's like a rocket" — these TaylorMade RocketBallz Fairway Woods & Rescues ($180-$330) are ready to help you out with game-changing length and reliability. They merge a high-strength 455 steel face plate with a cast body to deliver a slightly deeper face and further-forward center of gravity than traditional designs, promoting a higher launch angle and lower spin-rate. TaylorMade says the 3-Wood they sent is at least 17 yards longer than last year's Burner model. We're praying it really does add the extra yardage to our game. We could use it. Expect to see the whole RocketBallz line pretty much everywhere on tour next season.

  • Tom Burr Ping Pong Table

Art meets gaming in the Tom Burr Ping Pong Table ($45,000). Created by the well-known artist and limited to just 10 examples, this unique and insanely priced table is sculpted out of black rubber — making it quite durable while adding a bit of bounce to your balls — and features clean, solid lines that help make it as pleasing to the observer as it is to the player. In addition Neiman Marcus will donate $2,500 to Big Brothers Big Sisters for each one sold, so at least some of that cash will be going to a good cause.

  • Mission Power Grip & Court Grip

Forget LeBron's pre-game chalk toss — if you really want to increase your grip on the ball and the floor, you want Mission Power Grip & Court Grip ($10-$15). Power Grip — made for your hands — uses "liquid chalk technology" to provide excellent dry grip that lasts the whole game, while the Dwayne Wade-endorsed Court Grip brings similar stickiness to the bottom of your sneaks.
