Temple + Uncrate iPad Case

Because we tried unsuccessfully all weekend to fit the iPad in our pocket, we've teamed up with Temple (known for their amazing bags made from reclaimed WWII material) on the first Uncrate-branded piece of gear. Produced in a limited edition run, the Temple + Uncrate iPad Case ($159) is an American-made case constructed from black waxwear canvas, black leather, and matte black hardware. Get a closer look here. Basically, it's an ode to Uncrate's famous black header and pays homage to all-black mavens Johnny Cash and Jay-Z. Padded with 1/4-inch foam on both sides, the case offers vertical and horizontal viewing stand positions, one internal pocket with velcro closure, and a removable padded shoulder strap (because the iPad makes carrying a man bag acceptable again).
