The Best Little Secrets Are Kept ($14), the debut album from San Diego-based Louis XIV (no, they aren't from Britain, get over it), is not only a refreshing bit of rock, it's one of our favorite albums this year. With ego-centric lyrics full of sexual innuendo and a great sound that reminds of The Kinks and Stones, they are definitely one of the best little secrets in music. Standout tracks: "Finding Out True Love Is Blind" and "Paper Doll."
