The King's Speech

The King's Speech

Don't feel bad if you haven't seen the newest Best Picture winner yet — honestly, neither have we. But we will be watching The King's Speech ($16-$20) sooner rather than later, thanks to a home release that include audio commentary, as well as the requisite "Making of" documentary and deleted scenes. The film, if you haven't heard, features Oscar-caliber performances from Colin Firth as King George VI, Helena Bonham Carter as the future Queen Mother Elizabeth, and Geoffrey Rush as Australian vocal coach Lionel Logue, who helps George to overcome his debilitating stammering problem. Period pieces FTW.
