The Reveo MariVac Food Tumbler ($200) fixes this problem with vacuum power. By sucking all the air out of the tumbler chamber, the meat fibers are stretched to allow marinades to get deep into the meat, at the same time that the chamber is rotating and internal paddles help to tenderize the meat.
