ToyWatch Acrylic Watches
We've covered Vuitton, Rolex, and Omega watches here on Uncrate, but they sure can be expensive. Now a company called ToyWatch is making acrylic and stainless watches that are affordable, nice looking, and weigh a fraction of those other timepieces. The Rolex Submariner Replica ($150) is a great example of their work. A 38mm size watch, it features a clear acrylic bracelet, is water resistant up to 100 feet, and has a screw down crown. No, it's not the real thing, but in some circles it's become even better. [Thanks, Chunae!]
