Transformers: The Movie 20th Anniversary DVD
To build up buzz for the live action Transformers movie coming in 2007 (yes, we're stoked too), Sony BMG is releasing a special 20th Anniversary DVD of the original animated Transformers movie. The Transformers: The Movie 20th Anniversary Special Edition DVD ($TBA; November 2006) has all the awesome Megatron and Optimus Prime action from 1986, along with extras like behind-the-scenes footage, exclusive interviews, interactive games and collectible packaging. If you've never seen the movie, think of the television cartoon series but with more anime, a darker tone, and a super rocking soundtrack.
