We have to admit, this might be the first electronic album we've ever heard that wasn't recorded with the aid of a computer. Recorded in James Chapman's bedroom using a 16-track, We Can Create by Maps ($14 Amazon; $6 iTunes) is a haunting, vast record created by splicing sounds together.
