That's why Reynolds ends up chasing Jackson through a series of gunfire, car chases, and explosions, all set to Whitney Houston's "'I Will Always Love You." Also starring Gary Oldman and Salma Hayek, the modern-day Bodyguard is slated for release August 18, 2017.

Rinko Kikuchi, Charlie Day and Burn Gorman will reprise their rose along with newcomers John Boyega, Scott Eastwood, Cailee Spaeny and Jing Tian. Directed by Steven S. DeKnight, the film is scheduled for release February 23, 2018.
