Consisting of a 1778 farmhouse and a 1902 Modernist house in Spain, 1735 Can Llimona is a unification of two architecturally unique structures. The buildings are bridged by a longitudinal wall. Fitted with large rotating doors, the spaces can be closed off or opened as desired to create a division between day and night living. Materials were streamlined to create a uniform palette of stone, wood, and stucco, which are all original to the modernist house. An indoor pool and a large garden finish off the latest interpretation of this ancient estate.
