The 2009 Cadillac CTS-V ($TBA) delivers a supercharged 550 horsepower, while its Magnetic Ride Control (shocks controlled by electro-magnets instead of mechanical valves) and racing-inspired Performance Traction Management program keeps you tight. The high-performance sedan also features new front and rear fascias, 6-piston Brembo brakes, 19-inch wheels wrapped in Michelin's Pilot Sport 2 (PS2) summer tire, and either a 6-speed manual or 6-speed automatic transmission with paddle shifters. Inside, you get 14-way adjustable Recaro driving seats, hand-stitched everything, and a navigation system with a 40GB hard drive, pop-up screen, and Bose digital surround audio. [More Photos]

  • 2006 Volkswagen Jetta GLI

With Volkswagen's introduction today of the new 2006 Jetta GLI ($TBA), it looks like the company finally came to its senses and will be offering a model without the ridiculous chrome on the frontend — and we couldn't be happier. The new GLI model (pricing not yet announced) features a 2.0 T turbocharged four-cylinder that's good for 200-hp and is available with a six-speed DSG automatic transmission with Tiptronic shifting. In addition to the standard Jetta features, the GLI has an upgraded suspension, blue-tinted windows, optional 18-inch alloy wheels, alloy pedals and trim, and a three-spoke, leather-wrapped steering wheel with audio and telephone controls and DSG shift paddles.

  • Acura TL

There are some cars that get everything right — the styling, the performance, the features and the price. The 2005 Acura TL is one of those cars. The sedan has a mature yet sporty look, and packs a 270-hp VTEC V-6 engine, 4-wheel independent double-wishbone suspension system, and a long list of techno goodies — Bluetooth wireless for your cell phone, a premium 8-speaker surround-sound system with DVD-Audio support, the Acura Navigation System with Voice Recognition, and Keyless Memory Settings that allows drivers to store and recall their preferred seating, side-mirror and climate control preferences.
