Bulat Chef Knife
By combining the very best of eastern and western techniques, the Bulat Chef Knife is designed to be your go-to kitchen blade. The knife starts with a Japanese VG-10 steel cutting core that holds its edge and won't corrode. It's then surrounded by 66 layers of stainless steel, hardened to between a 57-59 rockwell hardness. The edge is tapered to a 17-degree for an incredibly sharp blade. A convex grip allows for the knife to rock, while a finger guard keeps your tips intact. Available in your choice of a light olive wood or a dark walnut finish.
