While the exterior of each knife is dominated by carefully selected Canadian Maple, the German X50CRMOV15 Stainless Steel actually runs from the edge of the blade to the back of the knife, creating a proper weight balance during use. Four rivets work to ensure proper alignment and hold of the steel, and thanks to their hand made nature, each set is unique, arriving in a custom fit foam case. Includes an eight-inch chefs knife and an eight-inch butchers knife.
