The tube-like waterproof case, light enough to be buoyant and available in three colors, holds a series of tube-shaped tools — a hand-crank radio that can also charge other USB devices (like the included lantern), a simple raincoat, a water container/cup, and a multipurpose case. There's a removable strap for carrying it with you, and the whistle hidden in the cap makes sure you can get the attention of rescuers should you need it.
