Opinel DIY Knife

Born in France in the late 1800s, Opinel's knives have served as essential EDC gear for everyone from Picasso to Paul Bocuse. The Opinel DIY Knife honors this tradition while adding a new trick of its own. Hidden inside the high-quality plastic handle are a pair of bits that fit into a slot at the end opposite the folding mechanism, letting this versatile piece function as both a screwdriver and knife without sacrificing the company's signature silhouette.

  • Opinel No. 12 Explore Knife

Hidden within the handle is a firestarter and a loop for attaching to a strap. Available in orange or green.

  • Nug Knuckle Knife

Designed to use your finger as leverage, the Nug Knuckle Knife is as useful for common tasks as it is for defense. Combining a heat-treated S35VN steel blade with a G5 titanium body, this rugged tool has an 18mm blade that, thanks to its robust construction and your sure grip, can handle everything from opening letters to cutting tennis balls with ease. It measures roughly 2.2 inches by 1.2 inches and is less than half an inch thick, so it's easily pocketable, and without the blade deployed, will protect your knuckles in the event you need to defend yourself with a fist instead of a knife.
