The Fitzroy
The Fitzroy is a High Line gem clad in green terra cotta and copper-clad oak with 14 homes that rival any high-end hotel. Designed by Roman & Williams, the same firm behind the Chicago Athletic Association Hotel and the Ace Hotel New York, the homes range in size from two to five bedrooms, and each has details like chevron oak floors, 11' ceilings, north and south exposures, custom kitchens with integrated appliances and marble countertops, and bathrooms with copper soaking tubs, steam showers, and slab marble walls and floors. In addition, each has access to its own secure wine locker, storage room, the fitness center, the rooftop lounge, and children's art studio.
