As House
Perched on the Greek island of Paros overlooking the Aegean Sea, the As House brings classic Cycladic architecture to the 21st century. The dwelling is comprised of a collection of smaller volumes that run linear across the contour of the land. Their white-washed exteriors are a tribute to the local vernacular while the addition of stone gives them an archaic character. The interior follows a horizontal layout, allowing every room to take advantage of the coastal views. Along the outside, a series of outdoor verandas and patios, including a poolside terrace, provide open-air living spaces surrounded by seaside vistas.
