Azpitia House
Built using locally-sourced materials, the Azpitia House is an architectural standout designed to blend in. The home itself has an exterior of bricks from a local kiln, while the retaining walls are made from stone found in the nearby mountains. Large, wrap-around windows are aligned with the path of the sun to provide maximum natural light, and give the main living space — joined on the main floor by a bedroom, with two more upstairs — panoramic views of the neighboring vineyards and valley. A large shaded terrace helps ease the transition from indoors to out, where you'll find a swimming pool, sun deck, and garden.
