Boundary Point Cabin
Floating above a lake in British Columbia, Boundary Point Cabin serves as a family retreat in the Canadian forest. The getaway is perched on a hillside over a rocky outcropping, with its wedge form nestling into the contours of the land, while its blackened cedar siding fades into the neighboring Douglas fir, cedar, and pine. In contrast, the interior is lined with sheets of warm plywood, and windows flood the interior with natural light. To keep the interior connected to the landscape, floor-to-ceiling glazing funnel views over the lakeshore.
