Copenhagen Silo
Previously used to store grain, the Copenhagen Silo has been repurposed to adapt to its developing North Harbor home. The 17-story structure now offers 38 apartments ranging from single-story units to multi-level penthouses. Each residence features floor-to-ceiling windows, private balconies, and wall heights up to 7 meters. While the interior maintains its industrial roots with raw concrete walls and supports, the exterior has received a contemporary update. The original facade has been wrapped in a folded galvanized steel, turning the monolithic building into a statement piece for the evolving neighborhood.
