Dye House Loft
Listed on the National Register of Historic Places, the American Woolens Dye house is a historic factory in Providence, Rhode Island. The linear brick building has undergone an extensive renovation, reworking its industrial bones into a work/live dream scenario. While much of the structure's original DNA still runs through the interiors in the exposed masonry, polished concrete floors, and steel frame windows, the former textile mill now houses four bedrooms and four-and-a-half baths along with a light-filled studio space. During the transformation, the property also received upgrades to the plumbing, electrical, exterior, and roof.
