Golf Course House

Overlooking the 13th Beach Golf Links in Australia, the Golf Course House adds mid-century design to a modern residence. The home is organized in a U-shape around a central courtyard. It's cantilevered concrete foundation creates the illusions of a levitating structure. To abide by course regulations, the exterior is clad in ash. On the inside, walls are made from exposed blockwork that pair with ceiling beams and the owner's collection of artwork and furniture to create a mid-century modern aesthetic. Large glazed panels open the interior to the outdoor living space while also providing views of the 14th Fairway to the south.
