Perched above the Pacific Ocean, the Matanzas House is a coastal vacation home in Chile. The structure is comprised of a central core and four wings arranged on a circular travertine base. The main living area is the heart of the home while rectangular extensions stretch out in each direction, creating a series of exterior courtyards. Open doorways connect each section to the center to form one, continuous interior. Fitted with sliding glass doors, every room opens to outdoor terraces, transforming the entire home into an open-air pavilion overlooking the sea.
