Based on the design used for military-issued timepieces during the Korean War, this A-17 watch has all the charm of its forefathers with some modern upgrades. The watch is built around an automatic self-winding movement with hacking function and the option to hand-wind if desired that lies within a heavy stainless steel case with a satin finish. The A-17's black dial contrasts well with the oranges indices and military-style sword hands that are lumed for reliability at night. The dial also adds a white ring in the center to display 24-hour military time. The resurrected field watch also adds an increase from the 30m water-resistance of the originals to 100m, a screw-in caseback, and hardened glass crystal face.
