Built for two brothers who wanted to remain close together, the Nichada Houses share similar facades but each retain a unique character within their walls. The blueprint of the two houses are the same, with a ground floor garage on the west end, a double-height living area on the east, and the master bedroom on the floor above. Inside, each home is set apart by its owner's unique personality. The eldest, a professional golfer who likes to spend the majority of his time relaxing in the main living area, his interior is washed in white to reflect the light coming in from the two-story glazed wall. In contrast, the younger brother maintains a darker mood with brown hues and subtle glazing to echo his nocturnal nature.
