Using a horizontal design and a green roof, the Planar House seamlessly integrates itself into the Brazilian landscape. The home is located in the municipality of Porto Feliz. Made from a pair of stacked concrete slabs separated by a series of pillars, the structure maintains a low profile not to distract from the natural setting. Its flat roof is clad in grass, blending the exterior into the surrounding lawn. The interior is encased in a glass facade. Aside from offering expansive views, the glazing slides open to a poolside terrace transforming the main living area into an open-air pavilion.
