Pond House
Sited on 19 acres in rural New York, the Pond House uses its imperfections to enhance its natural setting. The home takes the shape of a simple gabled structure. Its exterior palette is made up of rusted corten standing seam panels and blackened cedar, a combination that compliments the rustic landscape. Along with three bedrooms, the interior includes a spacious, open living area. A south-facing wall of glass removes the boundaries between the inside and the outdoors, allowing for full views of the neighboring pond.
