HEGID Celeste Steel Watch

French furniture brand Hervet Manufacturier is known for its angular, geometric designs, and perhaps more notably that one of the Hervet cousins, Cédric Hervet, was the Artistic Director of Daft Punk. For their first collaboration, HEGID asked Hervet to create a watch collection based on the idea of Space-Time. The first entry, the Celeste, doesn't disappoint. Its stainless steel case is a faceted and brushed octagon housing a Swiss-Made automatic movement with a power reserve of 40 hours. A solar system-like black dial, with luminescent circular, planet-like indices, matching, colored circles on the ends of the hour and minute hands, and a green seconds hand, sits beneath anti-reflective sapphire glass. Its quilted black nappa leather bracelet is attached with an easy quick fastener and outfitted with a steel pin buckle. The Celeste Steel is designed with input from former Daft Punk Artistic Director Cédric Hervet and assembled in France, limited to 99 individually-numbered units, and arrives in a wooden case with a soft inner lining.

Barton Perreira 007 AVTAK Sunglasses

Aside from the climactic battle atop the Golden Gate Bridge, one of the most memorable things about 1985's A View to a Kill are the sunglasses worn by Christopher Walken's character Max Zorin. These limited-run shades from Barton Perreira are based on the ones from the film, updating the '80s aviator silhouette with modern touches. The frames are made from bi-colored titanium and surround smoky lenses sporting the Zorin breath logo. Handmade in Japan, they're finished with an original 1962 007 logo plaque on the temples, and come with a Barton Perreira x 007 Legacy Collection case and cleaning cloth.
