After introducing the Neptune Space Balloon last June, Space Perspective has begun taking reservations for its first flight. Starting in 2024, the pressurized capsule will take eight people on a luxury ride to the stratosphere. The six-hour journey launches from NASA's Kennedy Space Center with a slow climb to 100,000 feet off the ground. As they're floating on the edge of space, guests can watch the sunrise and gaze at our home planet from the 360-degree window, while lounging in reclining seats and enjoying the onboard refreshments bar. The grand finale is a decent back to Earth with an ocean landing, where passengers will board a ship and head to shore.
