BrionVega Radio Cube  /  $600

Initially designed by Marco Zanuso and Richard Sapper in 1964, the TS 502 transistor radio, formally known as the Brionvega Cubo, has become a design icon and is displayed in museums worldwide, including MoMA and even owned by David Bowie. After nearly 50 years, the Italian electronics company has reissued its Radio Cube with a few modern updates. It now features a new rechargeable lithium battery for wireless listening for up to six hours while adding Bluetooth connectivity to play from your smartphone or other devices. It also includes a remote control and input for a second speaker. Staying true to the original, the radio maintains its signature cube shape and ZAMAK metal alloy shell.
