Collective Retreats

With locations that include Yellowstone, Vail, and Sonoma, Collective Retreats takes you where no hotel can go. The glamping concierge sets up luxury tents among some of the most incredible landscapes in North America. Accommodations include a bed with 1,500 thread-count sheets, en-suite bathroom, private deck, and decor featuring items unique to the location. The mornings start with a freshly brewed cup of coffee made from locally sourced beans and ends with a farm-to-table dinner, served under the stars by a professional chef and followed by gourmet smores around the fire. In between, a team of local experts will treat you to anything from fly fishing and paddleboarding to horseback riding and cattle drives.

  • Quintessentially One Superyacht

One owner isn't enough for the Quintessentially One Superyacht. Billed as the "world's largest floating private members' club," the 220-meter craft will tour the world, serving as a place for members of its titular club to stay after taking in events like the Monaco Grand Prix or Cannes Film Festival. When it's not docked at an event, it will operate as a hotel, with an onboard restaurant and plenty of amenities. It's currently being built and fitted in Norway and Italy, and should make its maiden voyage by 2020.

  • W Hotel Bank

Housed in the former Kas Bank building, the new W Hotel Bank is an intriguing place to spend the night in Amsterdam. The original design from 1908 gave the building vaults on the ground floor and basement, a huge hall on the first floor, and offices above. Thanks to a modern makeover from Office Winhov, the grand hall now serves as a restaurant, the vaults as a spa, and the upper floors house 66 guestrooms and suites that augment the accommodations across the street in the former Government Office for Transactions and Telephony.
