Rancho Dos Vistas

With outstanding views of the Pacific coast on one side and the Santa Ynez Valley on the other, Rancho Dos Vistas is a most fitting name for this expansive property. Situated just minutes from Santa Barbara, it covers over 1,400 acres, including two miles of ridge line. The 2,500 main house has a rustic modern vibe, with windows in every room to take advantage of the location, and is surrounded by over 40 miles of roads and trails that wind throughout the hillside.

  • Private Scottish Island

When most people think of a private island, a tropical oasis is more than likely the image they see. This Private Scottish Island gives you all the privacy of a distant isle just 1.5 miles off Scotland's northwest coast. Named Tanera Mòr, it is the largest island in the idyllic Summer Isles archipelago, measuring roughly 1.2 miles wide, 1.6 miles long, and offering approximately seven miles of coastline. In addition to the land itself, you'll get a number of small cottages and other buildings, all self-sufficient thanks to a generator-based power grid and a gravity-fed water system. With your own postal service and BT phone/internet service, there's little need to leave, yet the charming villages of the coast are within easy reach.

  • Bluefield Houseboats

They might sit on the water, but Bluefield Houseboats would be just as enticing on land. Custom built in Northern Ireland, they're partially clad in wooden slats, with glass railing along the sides and around the rooftop patio. The interior is created with a free-spanning structural system, allowing you to shape your floor plan according to your needs. They range in size from 500 to 2,000 square feet, and come in both one- and two-story models.
