The sneakers feature both heat packs and dynamic air-compression massagers to alleviate soreness, work through stiffness, and soothe tweaks and sprains, whether you're an elite athlete amid a rigorous regular season schedule or a daily gym-goer working hard to get the most out of your sessions. The uppers host the Normatec heat bladders, providing comprehensive pre-activity activation of the finer muscles found in the feet and ankle. It's a handy, on-demand warmup, and post-session air-compression massage — not percussive like the popular handheld device — works as a cool-down. The vest does the same, too, but for the whole body: pressure sensors autonomously monitor the body's core temperature, activating instant heating and cooling systems bypassing the need for an ice bath or a sauna.
