Apple Watch
Simply named, but far from simple. The new Apple Watch serves as a fitness tracker, communication tool, a highly-accurate timepiece, and a lot more. It comes in two sizes and three models — original, with a case made from a custom stainless steel alloy that's 80% harder than normal; Sport, made from a custom, anodized aluminum alloy; and Edition, with an 18-karat gold case — and boasts a totally novel interface based around a Digital Crown. Powered by a custom S1 processor, it also features a flexible Retina display that's laminated to a single crystal of sapphire and senses both touch and pressure, wireless charging, a built-in heart rate monitor, a Taptic engine to provide subtle force feedback, and Siri integration. Different bands allow each watch to go from sporty to formal, customizable faces give you just the information you need, and with the ability to act on notifications right from your wrist, your might just be able to reclaim that most precious of resources: time.
