Dish Network Tailgater

Dish Network Tailgater

Don't miss out on the early games just because you're partying it up in the parking lot before the 4:00 kickoff. The Dish Network Tailgater ($350) is a 10 pound portable satellite TV antenna that your can take nearly anywhere — including the stadium, camping trips, or just to your poor, cable-less cousin's — and enjoy HD programming in a hurry thanks to its automatic satellite locating technology and month-to-month plans. All it's missing is the receiver, a TV, and a power source. [Scouted by Alex]

  • Sony PlayStation 3D TV

It was just a matter of time. While the fact that the Sony PlayStation 3D TV ($500) exists isn't all that surprising — it was an obvious choice to use its PlayStation brand to help move some sets — its feature set is. Instead of offering an impressively large canvas on which to play, the PlayStation TV offers up 24 inches of viewable real estate, along with 1080p resolution, quad-speed frame sequential display technology to minimize 3D crosstalk distortion, integrated stereo speakers with a dedicated subwoofer, an included copy of Resistance 3, edge LED backlighting, an included HDMI cable — pretty sure that's a world's first — and, of course, included 3D glasses.

  • Epson MovieMate 85HD

Simplify and portable-ify your home theater setup by picking up the Epson MovieMate 85HD ($730). Capable of 720p HD with 2,500 lumens of output — both color and white light — this mobile powerhouse also features a host of inputs, including HDMI, a built-in DVD player, integrated stereo speakers, a built-in handle, and an included carrying case. Pair it with an inexpensive outdoor screen, and you'll have your very own drive-in for less than a grand. We've been super impressed with the one Epson sent to us, and plan to put it to good use during several outdoor showings this summer.
