Iguana 29 Ground Boat

Iguana 29 Ground Boat

"Ground Boat"? Yup, that's right. The Iguana 29 Ground Boat ($TBA) is a unique vessel that sports a pair of retractable all-terrain caterpillar tracks to let it traverse terra firma as well as the open seas, eliminating the need for marinas, docks, and other vestments of traditional watercraft. Of course, it's also designed for discerning owners, and as such offers open-water speeds of up to 35 knots, a teak floor, and room for up to 10 passengers.

  • Elemment Palazzo

Whoa. Is it the weirdest-looking motorcoach we've ever seen? Yup. But it's also the most luxurious. The Elemment Palazzo ($TBA) is the ultimate in wheel-based travel, offering a well appointed, tastefully designed interior that mixes clean, modern lines with classic flourishes, a fully automatic liftable flybridge lounge that pops out of the roof, a couch area that transforms into a bar at the push of a button, a programmed central control for one-stop settings updates, remote video access in case you need to go outside, and an automatic gangway. Basically, if you've got the money, and you've just gotta travel via roadway, you need to be travelling in this. [via]

  • Brembo Helmets

We're not sure exactly what designing brakes has to do with designing helmets — beyond safety — but that hasn't stopped Brembo from bringing their high-performance chops to the world of headgear. Brembo Helmets ($TBA) come in two models — the chin-covering B-Tech and the open-chinned B-Jet — both of which offer features like the Automatic Fit Belt fastening system, a visor with added space and a wider visual angle for added safety, and a skin-friendly strap that won't leave the underside of your chin looking like it had an encounter with an angry Brillo pad.
