Lego Death Star
Drool. The new Lego Death Star ($400) is the emperor of all Star Wars toys, featuring 25 minifig characters and multiple decks of Episode IV goodness. Included in the set are rarities like Stormtrooper-ized Luke and Han, the Dianoga trash compactor monster (!), and various droids (Interrogation Droid, R2-Q5, etc.), as well as areas such as the Death Star superlaser with control room and target monitor, the hangar bay with TIE starfighter, detention block, and the Emperor's throne room.
