Life Paint

It doesn't matter if you're walking, running, or riding a bike — it's a lot easier for cars to see you after dark if you're wearing something reflective. With Life Paint, that can be pretty much whatever you want to wear. This water-based reflective spray is invisible by daylight, yet glows brightly when hit with the beam of a car's headlights. It works best on textile materials, whether it's shoes, a jacket, or a hat, lasts for over a week during normal use, and washes off, leaving whatever you sprayed it on just as it was.

  • Pine Mini Computer

The rise of the smartphone has given rise to something else: incredibly cheap, powerful components. The Pine Mini Computer takes some of these and uses them to create a highly-capable, highly-affordable bare-bones rig. It's powered by a quad-core, 64-bit ARM processor running Android, Ubuntu, or any other compatible OS you load up from the Micro SD slot. There's also two I/O expansion slots, dual-core graphics capable of outputting 4K H.265 video, up to 2GB of integrated RAM, two USB 2.0 ports, optional Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, and vast array of potential uses.

  • Spurcycle Bell

The added safety of a bell on your handlebars is more important than you realize. Made in the USA, each Spurcycle Bell is trimmed and hand brushed using brass and stainless steel. It also blends simply with your bike, making it almost invisible until you need it. Once needed, it's powerfully loud, with a convincing tone that rings three times longer than other bells, announcing your presence to motorists or pedestrians on your route.
