2005 Porsche Carrera GT Salzburg Speedster
In 1970, Porsche claimed victory at Le Mans in an eye-catching red and white 917 short-tail with the starting number 23. Now the brand's Sonderwunsch program has completed a Factory Re-Commission project of a 2005 Carrera GT that matches the historic racer. Following a complete overhaul of all components, including the V10 engine, it was given a hand-painted finish in Guards red and white, with a transparent foil wrap applied to protect the work. Matte black carbon pieces complement the paint, as do black-painted light-alloy five-spoke wheels. The project is finished with an Alcantara Guards Red interior with matte carbon trim.
