2015 Porsche 918 Weissach Gulf Spyder
The Porsche 918 Weissach is, by its nature, a highly limited car. As the only Gulf livery 918 Spyder delivered new to the United States, this 2015 example is a one-of-a-kind. Inspired by the livery of the Porsche 917K that won the 1970 Porsche 24 Hours of Daytona, it is packed with unique options, including an interior trimmed in Mocha Brown leather with Arancia Mira piping, roundels with the number 2 on each door, satin platinum paint on the magnesium wheels, a thicker glass rear window, a windscreen frame painted in Gulf Blue, and keys painted in contrasting colors of Gulf Blue and Gulf Orange. With just under 750 miles on the odometer, it's up for auction now via Sotheby's Sealed, with bidding to close on September 25th.
