8899 Beverly Penthouse

The West Hollywood Arts and Design District introduces its first and only residential building, 8899 Beverly. The property includes 8 Rosewood Houses and a tower with 40 residences, topped by a 10,000-square-foot penthouse. Designed by Olson Kundig, the crown jewel is entirely encased by 550 linear feet of floor-to-ceiling glass, affording 360-degree views of the surroundings. Motorized glass opens the inside out to silver travertine stone terraces, while cove lighting edges the 14-foot ceiling. Its interior features an open floor plan with a living area, dining space, kitchen, prep kitchen, five baths, and four bedrooms, including a primary suite with a study, dressing room, and bathroom overlooking Los Angeles.
