A Night at the Louvre
In 1984, architect I. M. Pei designed a glass and metal pyramid to act as the main entrance to the Louvre museum. The piece has become an iconic fixture city of Paris and now one person and their guest has the opportunity to spend a night beneath its glazed facade. As part of a contest put on by Airbnb and the Louvre, the winner will not only get to room in the iconic landmark but will also be able to experience the world's largest art museum after-hours. A VIP guide will take guests on a Beyonce-style private tour where they can sip cocktails with the Mona Lisa, dine with Venus of Milo, and then end the night with an intimate acoustic concert in Napoleon III's apartments. Guest will then retreat to their room inside the Pyramid where they will be awoken with a Parisian-style breakfast in bed.
