Arctic Treehouse Hotel
Taking inspiration from Lappish traditions, the Arctic Treehouse Hotel brings cozy accommodations to Finland's Arctic Circle. The 32 suites resemble local cone cows and are housed in individual timber boxes resting on a series of stilts. Elevated off the ground, the pods refrain from disrupting the surrounding environment. Inside, each one features a Scandinavian-inspired interior with beds dressed in fur throws and a white-washed wood lining while a glazed wall looks out over the Arctic landscape. At night, guests can catch a glimpse of the Northern Lights from their beds as they drift off to sleep.
