The brainchild of Sam Payrovi and Nathalie Paiva, Arkhaus reimagines the social scene by putting its exclusive hub on four solar-electric vessels floating on the water. Members can work and play aboard the cluster of solar-powered luxury villas while taking advantage of the world-class amenities, including gourmet food and beverage service, rooftop jacuzzis, and entertaining suites. They've partnered with companies like Panther Coffee and Seaworthy Collective to offer guests fresh new dining and entertainment programs ranging from DJ sets and bespoke fitness classes to curated keynotes and culinary adventures. Arkhaus is now accepting pre-sale membership applications, and interested parties can apply online for individual, couple, or corporate memberships.
